The Site Clerk deals with all on site documentation such as :

  • delivery dockets
  • timesheets
  • health + safety certificates etc
  • handling all enquiries to site
  • assisting site management in ordering materials
Academic and Experience Requirements :

Site Supervisor

Job description :
  • Full time on-site supervision
  • Schedule the project effectively to ensure deadlines are met on time, on budget and on target
  • Monitor and supervise all subcontractors' performance to ensure their quality complying with requirements as specified in drawings and specifications
  • Keep records of materials and labour incurred in the construction process
  • Communicate with superiors regarding all contract discrepancies or adjustments as required
  • Convey information, including changes in project details, from the PM to the site workers and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and client representatives on site measurements and report the agreed quantities to the PM for timely Payment certification / preparation
  • Provide to the PM all reporting requirements, including progress photos, labour timesheets, drawings-site discrepancies etc
  • Communicate and administer all safety policies on site and assist the safety supervisor / officer to conduct site safety tool box talks
  • Any other assignments as required by the PM

* Verify the accuracy of all data and information used for submission to the Client's approval.

* Help to build project transmission of submittals to comply with the Client's requirements by collaboration with coworkers, mentoring and coaching others in the appropriate use of submittal software.

* Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
