We are a Hong Kong Listed Construction Company, our business is focusing to prestige hospitality, retail and commercial projects within restaurants, hotels, malls and casinos. We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Manager to join our dynamic and innovative design team based in Macau.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years’ interior design experience in Hospitality/ Retail sectors;
• Degree holder or equivalent qualification in Architecture / Interior Design;
• Preference of working in Interior Contracting Company, aggressive, innovative, able to work independently with the least supervision;
• Able to handle full sets of working drawings, sound knowledge of millworks detailing;
• On site and project management experience;
• Ability to manage the design process and interact with the Clients/ Consultants on a variety of projects simultaneously;
• Ability to handle full design presentation, sound knowledge of material & color scheme;
• Ability to travel with Macau & PRC. 

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max / Sketch Up, Photoshop & MS Office
• Knowledge of hand sketch is advantageous

Language:

• Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Employment Type:

• Immediate available is preferred
• Full time and stationed in Macau
• Right oversea applicant will provide staff quarter & working visa
• Local Macau citizen or Portugal Passport holder will be an advantage

Salary

Minimum MOP$ 50,000 up /month subject to working experience

• Interior Design Manager with minimum 10-15 years working experience, less experience will consider as Senior Interior Designer  
• Holder of professional qualification in Architecture or Interior Design with relative working experience in a similar position
• Aggressive, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Strong in design working details, in particular to Joinery / Millworks, prefer hand sketching skill & able to prepare full sets of shop drawings for submission
• Able to attend meeting with owner and consultants with full documentation skill
• Leadership, able to manage a small design team of staff (around 6-8 persons)
• Must fluency in listen, spoken & written English and Cantonese
• Prefer in Macau ID Holder, but qualified foreigner / expatriate are also welcome to apply

• Holder of Macau ID
• Diploma/Certificate in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in BS site installation and coordination for construction / renovation projects
• Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD
• Holder of Macau Construction Site Safety Card
• Reasonable spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated with good working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Harding working and sense of responsibility

• Assist PM/APM on site related matters including coordination and follow up actions
• Coordinate with other colleagues for material and shop drawing submission

• High Diploma or Certificate academic background in related disciplines
• 3-4 years experience in construction or fitting out industries. Lesser experience can be considered as APC
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Can work independently and willing to work under pressure
• Local Macanese or with immediate availability will be an advantage

Purchasing Officer responsibilities include:

• Researching potential vendors
• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
• Negotiating contract terms if agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery 
• Review quality of purchasing products
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

• Higher Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or appropriate academic background in related disciplines
• Well organized, self-initiative and with good communication skills
• Good Computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer / Trainee

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or appropriate academic background in related disciplines
• Well organized, self-initiative and with good communication skills
• Good Computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Initiative, independent and responsible
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Needs to work in Macau
• Immediate available will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor Trainee
